Orders and Delivery -
All my jewellery is individually made. Some items are ready to go and can be posted within a day but others will be made to order - in which case I aim to post to you within 5 days.
I will contact you when payment is received and confirm when to expect your parcel.
Custom made pieces eg with different stones or other personal requirements may take longer in which case I'll discuss this with you before you place your order.

Packaging-
All my items are presented in either a satin pouch or gift box and bag. They are then packaged in a sturdy cardboard postal box. I don't use plastic in my packaging.

Postage -
I offer free UK postage and your package will be sent by Royal Mail Signed For service. 

Postage to Europe, USA and rest of the world is £9.00 for Royal Mail Tracked service.

Returns and Exchanges.
I am happy to accept any returns but you must inform me of your wish to return your item within 7 days of receipt. You can email me using my website contact form.
You then need to send back the item within 14 days of notifying me.
Once I've received your item I'll refund the purchase price, including the original postage. I won't be able to refund the return postage costs.
Any items returned, and their packaging, must be in original condition. If there is any damage, or evidence of use, the refund may be adjusted to reflect this.

Faulty goods can be returned up to 30 days from receipt for a full refund including return post.
